How do I insert a dummy text in Word?

To generate the text, simply open a new blank document and type the command =rand(p,s), where p is the number of paragraphs you want and s is the number of sentences per paragraph. Then press Enter, and Word will create the text. (For this to work, the autocorrect while typing option must be active.
