- provide a brief overview of CBR, its history and the CBR Guidelines
- introduce the evolving concept of disability
- introduce the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
- look at development and inclusive development
- look at CBR as a strategy for disability-inclusive development, now and in the future.
