CBR and development personnel:
- Have increased understanding of political structures and processes.
On the community level:
- The communities and its political decision-makers are aware of disability issues and the rights of persons with disabiliies and their families
- Barriers that prevent the participation of people with disabilities and their families in political processes are reduced or removed
