CBR is able to:
- Support people with disabilities to access justice when the need arises
- Train police and judiciary professionals to provide accessibility and reasonable accommodation
Relevant stakeholders in the justice sector:
- Are sensitive to the needs of people with disabilities
- Do not engage in discriminatory practices
- Provide accessibility and reasonable accommodation throughout the judicial process
